Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, select the product you need, choose your variant and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". When ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at info@newyorkwhosale.com or log in to your account and cancel from your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for wholesale orders. All payments are processed securely via Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and all payments are processed through Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you have an account, you can also track your order status in real time under My Account → Order History.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York. Our company is registered as Citadel Logistics LLC in Albuquerque, NM, but all fulfillment happens from our NYC location for faster East Coast delivery.
What shipping options are available?
We offer three shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping — Free on orders over $500 · 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — $12.00 · 2–3 business days via FedEx Priority
  • Overnight Shipping — $28.00 · Next business day via FedEx Overnight
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, standard shipping rates apply. Wholesale accounts with Business or Enterprise tier receive free shipping on all orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to My Account → Order History to see real-time tracking information for all your orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping. For international wholesale inquiries, please contact us at wholesale@newyorkwhosale.com.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@newyorkwhosale.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@newyorkwhosale.com with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or not as described), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What if the product is not genuine?
We have a zero tolerance policy for counterfeit products. If you believe any item you received is not 100% genuine, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked. We take authenticity extremely seriously.
Products & Warranty
Are all your products genuine?
100% yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and licensed distributors. We do not carry counterfeits, replicas, grey-market goods, or refurbished items unless clearly stated. Full traceability from manufacturer to delivery.
Do products come with manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All products carry the full original manufacturer warranty. Because our products are 100% authentic, you can register directly with the brand for warranty service — no issues, no questions asked.
Can I request a product that's not in your catalog?
Yes! Contact us at info@newyorkwhosale.com with the product details. For wholesale clients, we can source specific items not currently listed. We regularly expand our catalog based on customer demand.
What does "Out of Stock" mean and when will it be back?
Out of stock means the item is temporarily unavailable. Restock times vary by product and supplier. Contact us to be notified when a specific item becomes available, or check the product page periodically for updates.
Wholesale
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Visit our Wholesale page and fill out the inquiry form. Our team will review your application and respond within 1 business day with a custom price list and account details.
What discounts do wholesale customers receive?
Wholesale discounts range from 10% to 40% off retail prices depending on order volume:
  • Starter ($500+ min): 10–15% off
  • Business ($2,500+ min): 20–30% off
  • Enterprise ($10,000+): up to 40% off
Do you offer Net 30 payment terms?
Yes. Business tier wholesale accounts qualify for Net 30 payment terms. Enterprise accounts can negotiate Net 60. Payment terms are subject to credit review and approval.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders in real time, save shipping addresses, maintain a wishlist, and view your complete order history.
How do I reset my password?
Go to My Account, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. All passwords are hashed and we never store payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
